If we state for example 14 days delivery, this means 14 working days (Monday to Friday) THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKEND DAYS.We have a fully operational retail showroom, open to the public, therefore we could have just sold the particular item to a customer in the showroom that you have just purchased online. We would then need to restock for you from our suppliers in uk ~ France ~ Italy, which can all add to the delivery time.   

We give you an approximate delivery time, based on our many years of experience in the lighting industry, so as to be completely open and honest with you, the customer, whose complete 100% satisfaction is paramount to our company.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR ELECTRICIAN UNTIL YOU ARE IN RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY PERIOD; Most of our suppliers close for two weeks over the Christmas period, any orders placed just prior to or over the Christmas holiday period generally take longer for us to obtain and this adds time to the estmated delivery.

 Adverse weather conditions ie snow and ice , please allow extra time for your order to reach you due to these conditions .

    All lighting products you purchase have to go through our quality controls at our showroom. We personally inspect all products that we receive before we repackage and ship onwards to you the customer.
